Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider, Resend, and use it only to send the IndieBots newsletter. We don't sell or share it.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all emails from us.
Browsing the site
The site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and popular pages. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Sponsor bookings
If you book a sponsorship, we store what you enter (tool name, link, one-line description, optional logo and your email) and the booking details, so we can review it, show it during your week, email you about it and send your click report. We keep booking records for about 13 months. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects. Booking emails are sent through Resend.
Terms for using the site and booking sponsorships are on the terms page.
Links to tools
Visit links pass through a short IndieBots redirect (/go/…) so we can count which tools people open. We record only the tool, the IndieBots page the click came from, and the campaign tag in the link you arrived on, if any. We don't store your IP address or set a cookie. Some Visit links are affiliate links, and they are labeled.
